1. Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility

Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the richman888 platform. Multiple registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and constitute a serious breach of these terms. You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration, including your full name, date of birth, phone number, and valid contact details.
Richman888 reserves the right to verify the accuracy of any information provided at any time. Where false or inaccurate information is found, the platform reserves the right to suspend or close the account in question without prior notice.
Password & Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. Sharing your login credentials with any third party is strictly prohibited. All activities carried out through your account are entirely your responsibility, regardless of whether they were performed by you or by someone else who has gained access to your account.
If you suspect that your password has been compromised or that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you are required to notify the richman888 support team immediately via email at [email protected].
3. Platform Usage Rules
Users of the richman888 platform agree not to engage in any of the following activities while using our services:
- Using any software, bots, automated scripts, or other unauthorised means to manipulate games or gain an unfair advantage.
- Engaging in fraud, identity falsification, or using third-party payment information without authorisation.
- Transmitting, uploading, or distributing content that is threatening, obscene, unlawful, or likely to damage the reputation of richman888 or other users.

Any breach of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, forfeiture of funds held in the account, and legal action where warranted.
4. Payment Information, Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the richman888 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform supports a range of local payment methods including TNG eWallet, FPX, and online banking with selected Malaysian banks.
Deposit
Minimum and maximum deposit limits are subject to thresholds set from time to time and may vary by payment method. All deposits are subject to internal security checks before being credited to a user's account. richman888 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
Withdrawals
Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit, in accordance with the platform's anti-money laundering policy. richman888 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Processing times vary by payment method and may take between one to five business days.
Bonuses & Promotions
All bonuses, promotions, and special offers provided by richman888 are subject to specific terms set for each offer. Bonus abuse, including opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, is prohibited and may result in bonus forfeiture and account closure.
5. Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

Intellectual Property
All content available on the richman888 platform — including but not limited to logos, designs, graphics, text, software, and user interfaces — is the exclusive intellectual property of richman888 or parties that have licensed it to us. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or reuse any such content without prior written consent from richman888.
Third-Party Links
The richman888 platform may contain links or references to third-party services such as game providers or payment processors. richman888 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. 6. Account Policies, Terms Amendments & Applicable Law
Account Suspension & Closure
Richman888 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at our sole discretion, including in the following circumstances: breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, requests from law enforcement agencies, or where the platform decides to cease operations in a particular market. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach, any eligible remaining balance will be returned to the user within a reasonable timeframe following review.
